Real support for real recovery
Whether you're navigating an eating disorder, heavy trauma, constant anxiety, or the weight of military life, support here meets you where you are — in-person in Allentown or virtually.
Individual Therapy for Eating Disorder Recovery
One-on-one work for anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, ARFID, OSFED, chronic dieting, and disordered eating. Whether you have a formal diagnosis or simply know food has taken over too much of your life, we'll get to the root of what's keeping you stuck — without negotiating with the eating disorder's rules.
Body Image & Self-Esteem Work
Anti-diet, weight-inclusive care built on intuitive eating principles — for men and women alike. We work on quieting the inner critic, untangling self-worth from the scale, and rebuilding trust with a body you may have been at war with for years.
Trauma, Anxiety & Depression Therapy
Trauma, perfectionism, overthinking, and constant exhaustion can lock you into survival mode long after the danger has passed. We'll work at your pace to help your nervous system feel safe again, uncover what's driving the distress, and build practical, grounded ways to find calm.
Military Service Members, Veterans & Families
Coming from a military family, I understand the culture, the pressures, and the strengths that come with service — no explaining required. Dedicated support for active-duty members, veterans, and the families who serve alongside them.
Treatment Team Collaboration
Recovery works best as a team sport. When appropriate, I collaborate with registered dietitians, physicians, and psychiatric providers so your care is coordinated, consistent, and complete — you focus on recovery, we handle the logistics.
